September’s
temperature were right at long-term average, with the minimum
temperature even below the longterm average.
This
month was characterized by long stretches of deep blue skies, much sunshine,
and drought. Only 0.02 inches registered at the UMM weather station.
The
area was under repeated red-flag warnings.
